EKU Winter Session Helps Students Graduate

COVID-19 has had a devastating impact on a lot of students, and we know you may have faced financial hardships or academic setbacks because of it. However, EKU Winter can be a valuable time of year to catch up or stay on track! Running December 7 - January 15, the EKU Winter session has been extended this year to a six-week, fully online term. Need to fit in a required course, gen-ed or prerequisite? No problem! Your courses will be given priority at registration.

“How can EKU Winter courses benefit me?”

You can:

  • Take a course that you dropped during the spring, summer, or fall semesters.

  • Take a course that might be challenging.

  • Enroll in required or prerequisite courses.

EKU Winter courses are designed so you can:

  • Build schedules that help you advance in your degree pathway.

  • Blend winter activities while taking convenient online courses from EKU.

  • Continue winter plans from home or remotely and still earn credits conveniently.

  • Catch up or move ahead, if you are behind in your field of study, have coursework you need to complete, or want to take a class that interests you.

  • Tackle a tough course that you will need to complete to graduate. With intensive instruction and fewer distractions, you can finish a challenging course this winter without the stress of the regular term.
