The deadline for winter microscholarships is quickly approaching!

What better way to catch up or get ahead of your coursework than in the comfort of your own home? No matter where you are, winter courses and credits can be earned at EKU with an internet connection. Microscholarships can even help you with the cost!

Check out the top 5 reasons you should take winter courses at EKU

Microscholarships help to lessen your financial burden. If selected, you will be notified on or by November 4, 2022, and the award would be automatically applied to your tuition balance. Last year, more than 40 students were awarded microscholarships!

If that doesn’t convince you, then take it from one of our 2021 microscholarship recipients, Susie Perez Quiroa, “I am one step closer to my academic goal of being the first person in my family to graduate from college along with my career goal of becoming a visual merchandiser.” Susie is majoring in Apparel Design & Merchandising with a minor in International Business and is expected to graduate in 2024.

To be eligible, you must enroll in at least one EKU winter course and be in good academic standing. See more details at winter.eku.edu.

The application is quick and easy to complete. Just answer a few questions, then hit submit!

Colonels– don’t wait. Apply now! Applications are due October 26th.
